- Each rating is converted to points (1=1 point, 5=5 points)
- The total is weighted to account for 80% of the overall score
- Goals achievement (10 points):
- Evaluators rate goal completion (Yes=10 points, Partially=5 points, No=0 points)
- Overall performance rating (10 points):
- A final overall rating contributes up to 10 points
The system then sums these scores for a total out of 100 points, categorizing employees into performance tiers:
- 90-100: Outstanding Performance
- 80-89: Exceeds Expectations
- 70-79: Meets Expectations
- 60-69: Needs Improvement
- Below 60: Unsatisfactory Performance
